Masters Athletics is open to all individuals aged 30 and above, offering an opportunity to maintain fitness, compete at local and international levels. Inspire your family. It’s a chance to achieve personal bests and be part of a community.
Track & Field
Participate in track and field events, from sprints to long distances, including hurdles, race walking, and a variety of field events.
Cross Country
Cross country events are organised and adjudicated in five-year age categories, eg. 30-34 (senior), 35-39 (sub-veteran), 40-44 (veteran), and 80+.
Road Running
Compete in 10km road events, half marathon and marathon events.
Pentathlon
Track and Field events for masters consist of all the Olympic track and field events (running, race walking, jumping, and throwing events).
